The North Star Hotel Dublin is located in the centre of Dublin City Centre, Ireland, and it is a great starting point for every type of visitor to the city. Located in the heart of the city's transport hub with the main railway and tram station (Connolly Station) across the road, around the corner from the central bus station (Busarus) and the airport link bus stop outside the entrance to the hotel.
Better still you're only a short walk away from some of Dublin's historical and cultural highlights, including Trinity College, Temple Bar (Dublin's "Left Bank") and the Custom House. The North Star Hotel Dublin was built in the early 19th Century, predating the railway station by four decades, and is mentioned in James Joyce's masterpiece 'Ulysses'.

If you're in the mood to be entertained, check out what concerts and shows are on in the Point Theatre, which is just 15 minutes walk away.

The more business-orientated visitor will no doubt be attracted to the exciting, architecturally-arresting International Financial Services Centre, which is virtually opposite the hotel.

The North Star Hotel Dublin itself is a quiet and relaxed haven, where you can get away from it all. It has 130 rooms, "McCoy's" traditional bar and the "Bianconi Room", a popular restaurant that specialises in international cuisine.

These spacious contemporary style Premiere Club Rooms are the perfect place to relax or attend to business. They contain comfortable king sized beds with cozy duvets and lush pillows. For your convenience the room is further equipped with a small fridge, a seating area, and a desk. The good-sized desk has data ports for high-speed internet access. In addition there is of course a telephone and a safe large enough to safeguard a laptop. We offer the additional option to use Wi-Fi. For entertainment you will find a large state of the art interactive flat screen TV, which amongst others offers the option to check out, bypassing the need to go to reception. The bathrooms were designed to be modern, crisp and bright to imbue them with a feeling of spaciousness.

Premiere Club guests will have access to the exclusive Premiere Club Lounge*, located on the top floor with panoramic views. The guests are invited to relax at any time of the day with a wide range of newspapers and magazines. Complimentary Irish breakfast, snacks, drinks and evening cocktails are served in this haven away from the busy city.

That the North Star Hotel will be undergoing renovations from August 07 - May 08. Work will be carried out between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and between 10am and 5pm on Saturdays. The work will be carried out at the rear of the hotel and will be conducted with the least amount of disruption possible. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Also as a consequence of the renovations work the car park will not be available to customers for the time. However provision for the use of a car park just minutes from the hotel has been made and customers can avail of this car park for a much reduced cost.
