Waterford Manor Hotel is situated on the outskirts of Waterford City and is surrounded by 16 acres of mature gardens with views overlooking the Comeragh Mountains. Our Hotel has 21 large ensuite rooms that are comfortable, homely and in keeping with the Manors History dating back to 1730. Waterford Manor Hotel has 2 Restaurants, both fine and casual dining, a lounge bar with a large open fire that blazes throughout the autumn and winter and large function rooms catering for up to 400 people. Our Hotel also has a free-standing conference and business centre that can hold up to 600 delegates. For all your needs, Waterford Manor Hotel can satisfy and provide a service with a smile.
Each of the 21 guest bedrooms has been decorated with our customers comfort in mind. The bedrooms are traditionally styled and the majority have views of the hotels beautiful gardens and surrounding countryside. Two of these delightful rooms are suites and are ideal for longer stays or special occasions.

Deluxe Double / Twin Rooms
The deluxe double rooms contain a large double bed and modern ensuite facilities. We also have twin rooms that are similar in style. Double and twin rooms can be used for single occupancy.
Family Rooms
Our family bedrooms are spacious and can sleep up to 4 people. These rooms contain a double bed, two single beds and have modern ensuite facilities.
Bishop's Restaurant
The dining experience at Waterford Manor Hotel can be summed up as "Food with Flair". Our Menu is classical and fresh with a French Twist. Residents, Guests and Business Delegates are welcome to dine in the elegant Bishop's Restaurant which is open nightly from 6pm to 9pm and on Sunday for lunch from 12.30pm to 3pm. Our restaurant is available for lunch from 12:30pm to 3pm daily by prior appointment only. Our award-winning chefs offer delicious and wholesome food served with creative flair using fresh, local ingredients including some from our own gardens.
Brasserie
For less formal yet intimate dining, the Brasserie with its own bar serves Carvery Lunch from 12.30pm to 3pm daily. This bright and airy restaurant with its warm and welcoming atmosphere can also be adapted as a function room for small parties. For private or corporate events, our head chef and banqueting manager will gladly create a special menu for you.
